Benefit programs and options can be confusing
Usually, employees go to a meeting once a year where they are presented with options to choose from for the following year, and hopefully make the right choice for themselves and their family. If not, well a lot of times, they have to live with that choice until the next enrollment period.
Our employee education and communication programs help employees make sense of their choices and how they apply to their personal situations. Every meeting we hold allows for personal one-on-one time to ask questions and get the answers they need to make an educated choice about their coverage.
We provide PowerPoint presentations, benefit summaries and comparisons to help employees understand their options and how the plans work. We also explain how to use Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and how Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can work with them.
